1.5 oz of fave tequila
3/4 oz Cointreau
2 oz of Seaside Pork Pickled Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
extra ice
sea salt
3 Seaside Pork Pickled Pineapple wedges to garnish
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with the ice. Shake well until mixed.
Take one piece of lime and saturate the rim of a cocktail glass. Dip the glass into the sea salt so the rim is covered. Pour in the mixed drink. Place the pickled pineapple wedges in the cocktail. Enjoy!!
