Peppered Bacon Original: Ingredients: Heritage Pork belly, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Juniper Berries, Bay Leaves, Prague #1 Cured for 14 days, Smoked over Charcoal and Applewood. Our bacon is cured with minimal spices over applewood. We then smoke the belly for 6 hours creating a light, smoky taste.
